Of brick and block contruction under a pitch tiled roof with power and light points.
Kennel kitchen 17' x 16'8” (L-shaped max.) Laminated work surfaces, 2 stainless steel sink units, drawers and cupboards, oil-fired central heating boiler and plumbing for washing machine.

Kennels Wide central corridor with radiators, tiled floors throughout, off which are 16 kennels, each 6'7” x 6'3”, with brick divisions to 3' high with weldmesh and twin wall above amd weldmesh gates.
Pulley hatches open into external covered concrete runs 7'9” long with brick divisions with weldmesh and twinwall above. Weldmesh front and gates open onto block paved path with drainage gulley and water points. A new block paved driveway and path has recently been laid to the side of the garage for customers to the reception are and facilities beyond.

Garage/Workshop 48' x 17'2” Brick and block built under a pitched tiled roof with power and light points and up and over door. Presently divied to give a workjshop 25' x 17'2” at the front and a storage area 22' x 17'2” behind with a tiled floor. A personal door to Kennel Reception. |

Grounds
These extend to approximately 5 acres in total. Large front lawn with driveway to large double wrought iron gates to rear hard standing. Rear enclosed garden with large patio leading onto lawn area.
Large field set to grass for possible grazing. Two former military buildings (requiring rebuilding) could possibly be used for storage (hay) or future development (subject to planning permission).
